The shoes were carefully arranged to mimic the faltering steps of a toddler. A contrasting soft black velvet mat was chosen as a backdrop for the shoes.
When the backer and mounting was completed, we trimmed the backer with a small, black moulding to provide an additional finish to the edge.
A precision crafted five-sided plexi-glass case fits perfectly around the inner frame. The outer frame is then cut and fit around the plexi case to finish the piece.
